7. Limitation of Liability
HOTIDEA STUDIO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services rendered.

8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are required to pay for all services rendered up to the point of termination. Any outstanding payments must be made within 30 days.

10. Governing Law
